A non-refundable, $250 {+ sales tax} sitting fee is due on or before the day of your photography session. This includes Brooks’ time during the actual session as well as the time it takes to edit your session. Each photo will be hand edited before being shared with you.

Sessions have no set time limit, but usually range anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. Brooks can come to your house for the session, or you can arrange for your pictures to be taken at a location(s) of your choice. You can have as many loved ones, (or animals) as you’d like at your photo session…the sitting fee is a flat rate and you are welcome to get as creative as you’d like with it.

Whenever possible, Brooks likes to sit down with you to show you your photos and have an ordering session. You are welcome to purchase the rights to your album and decide on your own when and where to print your photographs.  However, it is our goal that you have beautiful framed prints, standouts, canvases, etc. to enjoy.  With that in mind, clients are encouraged to consider ordering your favorite prints. If you spend $250 in prints/products, you will automatically receive the full rights to your online album.  If you simply want to purchase the digital rights to your album, the fee is $300 {+ tax}
